MUG CAKE
All you need for this mug-tastic recipe is milk, oil, essence and a pair of eyes to watch the batter as it cooks. Mix all the ingredients and cook it in the microwave until it stops rising. We served it with whipped cream to make it extra special ! Full recipe here.

If you scream when you see ice cream then this one is for you. You’ll need popsicles for this one or some kind of thin sticks that can be used to hold the frozen pop. CHOCOLATE FUDGE
Good chocolate fudge is comfort food on any given day. This recipe by Indian pastry chef Pooja Dhingra has the fudge ready for you to eat in just five steps. LEMON PUDDING

SHAHI TUKRA
This dish is a traditional royalty favourite in India. In fact, the word translates to ‘royal piece’ and is a version of bread pudding.
